本日をもって防衛班規則第5条
「内部紛争時我々は中立を保つ」の文を
「内部紛争時我々はこれを鎮圧する」に
変更しました。
防衛班は本日をもって
内部紛争時に中立性を持つことはなくなりました。
また現時刻をもち警戒レベルを3に引き上げ
治安出動準備を班員に通達します。
